Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Draft Ally (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service is not legal advice

Draft Ally uses artificial intelligence to analyze contracts and flag potential risks. Its output is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice, nor does it create an attorney–client relationship. AI analysis may be incomplete or incorrect. You should consult a qualified attorney before making any legal decision or relying on any output of the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload content you do not have the right to process;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other customers’ data;
  • use the Service to build a competing product; or
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Trials, plan limits, and cancellation terms are described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draft Ally and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. On termination, the rights granted to you will end and you may export your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
